With Continia Web Approval Portal, employees can approve expenses and documents even if they have no direct access to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.  

Add Any Document

Users can add attachments to the invoice or the expense at any time during the approval flow, such as images, spreadsheets, or e-mails. The attachments added through the Web Approval Portal are immediately available to other users of Business Central, making it fast and easy to look up the attachments even after posting. 


No Installation Needed 

You can use Continia Web Approval Portal without additional installation, given that the portal runs on our Continia Online Service, which is hosted on Microsoft Azure. 

Approvals from the Web Approval Portal happen in real-time meaning that you always have an
instant overview of expenses and documents pending approval. 

With these administrative tools, you and your team will be synchronized and able to work effectively from everywhere, keeping the entire remote workforce agile and productive.


Two Continia Solutions, One Web Portal 

In one single system, you get access to approve vendor invoices, sales orders, expenses, mileage, per diems, etc. Continia Approval Web Portal can process documents from Continia Document Capture and Continia Expense Management. 

When a user logs on to Continia Web Approval Portal, documents pending approval from both Continia Document Capture and Continia Expense Management are available.

Please note that when an approval user logs on to Continia Web Approval Portal the approver will, at minimum, be
a Business Central Limited User. 

How Do You Get It? 

Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central on-premises requires a purchase of an additional license for Continia Document Capture or Continia Expense Portal, Web Approval Portal. 

Business Central Online (also known as Cloud or SaaS) – all features are included in Continia Document Capture and Continia Expense Management, available at Microsoft AppSource.  

For Document Capture, the features are included in the Document Approval module whereas for Expense Management, the features are included in the Essential Module.
