As the code in Continia solutions is “BUILT INSIDE Dynamics”, no integration is needed between the Microsoft Dynamics platform and Continia solutions – the code is simply added to the existing platform.
Dynamics 365 Business Central
Are you tired of manual typing invoices and other documents? Would you like to save time on document handling and approval of documents?
With this app, you can automate every step of your daily invoice processing – from receiving and registering the documents to retrieving them again later for auditing and reporting.
Continia Document Capture 365 automatically downloads files from pre-defined email addresses. In-built intelligent OCR-technology reads the content and allocates documents into the correct workflows for approval and archiving.
All of this happens without any user involvement saving you both time and the hassle of manual registration.
The digital archive in this solution makes it easy for you to access the registered documents from relevant places in Dynamics 365 Business Central. You can open the PDF-invoice from the posted invoice card or general ledger entry screen.
Features and benefits of using this app
When using Continia Document Capture 365, you select the modules that are useful for you. You always start with the Essential module and add other modules on top of this to fit your needs.
The Essential module contains the base functionality of Continia Document Capture 365 and allows you to start processing purchase invoices and credit memos right away.
Continia works with a large network of partners to ensure customers get the most out of our solutions. To ensure this, we require a partner to be involved when installing and configuring our solutions. You will NOT be able to start using Continia Document Capture without a Continia partner.
