Join our Software Development Center

The Software Development Center in Vilnius is built to create an excellent developer experience.  We have a flexible approach to working, which means that you can work from home or in the office, as long as it has been communicated clearly to your manager.  Once in a while, we have physical meetings in the office, where we expect everyone to participate.

Our office has the intention of being inspirational. First, we have our base in Vilnius in the Workland office on the top floor of G9.  It has many built-in services, including a Gym on the floor below us.  Coffee and tea are free, and Workland sometimes has internal networking events around breakfast or other times.  As something that Continia Software employees in Denmark are already used to, we also provide free lunches that the people in the office can enjoy together.

An essential part of being a technology company is that there must be time to continue exploring new technologies or self-development.  Besides that, there is the possibility of participating in international conferences relevant to expanding your horizons.
