From January 1, 2025, we're adjusting all prices for existing and future customers. This adjustment ensures we can continue to offer innovative solutions that uphold Continia's standard of excellence while adapting to evolving market conditions.
All Continia apps on Microsoft AppSource will be subject to a general price adjustment. This adjustment includes price increases and price reductions.
To strengthen our position as the preferred AP automation solution provider within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, we're introducing a very attractive licensing option for Continia Document Capture, offering improved flexibility for both PDF and electronic document processing. The new Base Plus license, available from today, includes the additional modules eDocuments, XML Import, and Purchase Contracts.
The existing Base license—without the additional modules—will remain available until the end of 2024. For companies with no desire for the listed modules, there will be an incentive to purchase this Base license before it expires at the end of the year.
Existing customers on a Base Purchase License Enhancement Plan will remain on their current license without access to the additional modules. To gain access to these modules, we offer a simple upgrade to the Base Plus license by paying the price difference between the Base and Base Plus Purchase license and Enhancement Plan.
Existing customers on a Subscription License will automatically be transferred to the new Base Plus license when the 6-month invoicing period is renewed, starting from January 1, 2025.

Existing customers on a Subscription License will automatically be transferred to the new Base Plus license when the 6-month invoicing period is renewed, starting from January 1, 2025.
In alignment with Microsoft, the Enhancement Plan rate will be adjusted from 18% to 19% based on the Purchase License value. From January 1, 2025, this adjustment will be applicable to all new and renewed Enhancement Plans.
For all renewed Enhancement Plans starting from January 1, 2025, the indexations will remain 0%. For customers with partners in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, the Enhancement Plan rate is still 20%.
For new customers, pricing for most Purchase Licenses will undergo a minor general price increase. The related Enhancement Plan prices will only be relevant for new solution purchases. Due to these price adjustments, in many situations, there will be a good opportunity for you to save by investing in a Purchase License before January 1, 2025.
For both existing and future Subscription License customers, prices will be subject to change from January 1, 2025. The change will affect you upon your subscription renewal (six months in advance).
Using IBAN lookup is now available in both Continia Payment Management and Continia Banking on-premises. The Base license includes 100 lookups per month. There will be a charge for additional lookups, starting from January 1, 2025.
Pricing for the three new solutions Continia Sustainability, Continia Banking and Continia Finance have been added to both current and upcoming price lists.
Due to continuous economic fluctuation in Norway, the Norwegian Kroner pricing will undergo relatively higher price increases than in other markets to streamline the pricing across the borders. If you live in this region, we recommend that you take an extra review of the new pricing documents.
