New price lists & upcoming price changes valid from January 1, 2026

We are adjusting all our prices for both existing and future customers. The changes will take effect on January 1, 2026, and will apply to all current solutions.

Changes to existing prices are valid from January 1, 2026

This announcement outlines the updates to our two License Programs:

  • Dynamics NAV and Business Central on-premises
  • Business Central Online via Microsoft AppSource

Business Central Online pricing on AppSource

All Continia apps available on Microsoft AppSource will be subject to a general price adjustment. New pricing will be available through our website at www.continia.com/pricing as of today.

In addition, we are introducing a minor change to solutions priced through transaction-based tiers:

The first tier will now include 25 transactions instead of 24. This adjustment will apply consistently across all subsequent tiers in all price lists.

NAV and Business Central on-premises

Purchase Licenses will be discontinued.

As of January 1, 2026, it will no longer be possible to access our solutions through a Purchase License. Going forward, only Subscription Licenses will be available for new customers.

However, existing Purchase License holders will still be able to:

  • Purchase additional company licenses
  • Add modules to an existing Base or Base Plus license

Pricing for these options will continue to be available through our official price lists.

Adjustment of Enhancement Plan rate

In alignment with Microsoft, the Enhancement Plan rate will increase from 19% to 20% of the Purchase License value. This adjustment applies to all renewed Enhancement Plans starting January 1, 2026.

Indexation will remain at 0% for all renewed Enhancement Plans, in accordance with our License Terms.

Subscription Licensing – New & Existing Customers

For Subscription License customers (both new and existing), prices will be adjusted starting January 1, 2026. These changes will take effect upon your subscription renewal, which is communicated to you six months in advance.

Discontinuation of Document Capture On-premises OCR

The option to use On-Premises OCR will be discontinued as of January 1, 2026. This means:

  • For new Document Capture customers, this OCR type will no longer be available.
  • Existing customers will not be able to switch to this OCR type after this date.

If customers want to transfer from On-premises OCR to Cloud OCR, a transfer fee was originally applied. As of this date, the fee will no longer apply.
