Contina Software A/S has been sold to VIA equity

VIA equity is a leading Northern European Multi-stage private equity firm focusing to a large extent on technology and software investments.

VIA equity acquires the majority of shares in Continia Software A / S, an innovative and global provider of administrative software solutions for Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

VIA equity acquires the company from current shareholders, Vækst-Invest Nordjylland, Lars Torpe Christoffersen, Henrik Lærke, Tommy Olesen, Stig Hølledig, as well as a couple of employees.
