Products from Continia are very focused on enhancing business processes in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and making the job of bookkeeping easier. Products from idyn are more concentrated in other areas, such as a comprehensive suite of tools for developers, connectivity & integration solutions, with an increased focus on NAV integrated e-commerce & portal solution.
As a result of the growth and the different characteristics of idyn and Continia-products, both parties see an advantage in focusing on their stack of products.
Therefore, as of April 1, 2018, Continia-products and related activities will be transferred from idyn and managed directly by Continia in The Netherlands and United Kingdom.
To continue the strong commitment to Dutch and United Kingdom partners, Continia is establishing a local subsidiary in The Netherlands. As part of the transfer, Martijn Knevel and Martijn Holterman will move from idyn to Continia, where they will continue working with Continia-partners in The Netherlands and United Kingdom.
idyn will keep building on the strong partnerships established in the channel with Microsoft Dynamics NAV partners. Later this quarter, idyn will extend the add-on portfolio with new solutions focusing on productivity, connectivity, and e-commerce. Information regarding new solutions will be distributed later in Q2.
Both idyn and Continia are excited about the renewed focus these changes bring. We look forward to building even more business with our valued Microsoft Dynamics NAV partners in the future.
Important details about the transfer:
Orders of Continia-products received before April 1, 2018, will be invoiced by idyn.
Orders of Continia-products on and after April 1, 2018, will be invoiced by Continia.
Existing Annual Enhancement Programs (AEP)
Customers with active AEP will be transferred from idyn to Continia by April 1, 2018.
idyn will send out invoices for AEP due for renewal on April 1, 2018.
Continia will send out invoices for AEP after April 1, 2018.
Customers with a Continia-product on a subscription-based license will be transferred from idyn to Continia by April 1, 2018.
idyn will send out invoices for subscription-based licenses due for renewal on April 1, 2018.
Continia will send out invoices for subscription-based licenses due for renewal after April 1, 2018.
