Elevate security and convenience with Single Sign-on (SSO) in the Expense Management Applications

You no longer have the hassle of having multiple different sign-in credentials when signing into your different Expense Management applications. Now, you can use the same email and password combination as your Microsoft 365 account when logging into your Expense App and Expense Portal.

One of the new features introduced in Expense Management 7.00 is the possibility of signing in with Microsoft 365 credentials, making it a lot easier and convenient for you to access relevant applications with a single sign-on.

Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication method that enables users to securely authenticate with multiple applications and websites by using just one set of credentials.

As a new feature in Expense Management, it enables you as an Expense User to sign in to both the Expense Portal and the Expense App via Azure Active Directory (AD), which means using the same email and password combination as your Microsoft 365 account. All that is needed for this to be available is that the email address tied to your Expense User needs to be a valid Microsoft 365 work and school account.

In addition to adding a new level of convenience for Expense Users, the feature furthermore allows Admins to control which users have access to the applications through Azure AD.
